A moment to stop?

Just thought I'd present a piece that people might've heard, might've of haven't to all the readers of my not oft posted journal.

If you have a spare 7 minutes in your busy day, take the time to turn the volume up on your computer and listen to something to make you stop, look out at the world again, maybe not refreshed and new, but more at peace. I know this piece has put me in a wonderful mood.
